Launch note

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of kineta.studio and any services you engage KINETA to provide. Each project is also governed by the specific proposal or statement of work we agree on, which controls if there is any conflict.

Scope & deliverables

Website deliverables, page count, timeline, and price are defined in the written scope we agree on before payment. Work outside that scope, including additional pages or functionality, is quoted separately before it begins.

Payment

Website work is billed 50% before work begins and 50% before launch unless agreed otherwise in writing. No payment is due until the written scope is agreed. Monthly care plans are billed at the start of each cycle. Deposits reserve production time and are non-refundable once work begins.

Revisions

Website packages include two consolidated revision rounds to refine the agreed design and content. Additional rounds or changes to the agreed website scope are quoted separately before work continues.

Ownership & licensing

On final payment, you receive full usage rights to the delivered work for your marketing and advertising. Third-party assets (such as licensed music or stock) carry their own license terms, which we disclose. We display completed work, your business name, or your assets in our portfolio only with your affirmative written consent.

AI-assisted production

We use AI-assisted tools as part of our production pipeline alongside human creative direction. We take reasonable care that delivered work is original to your project and cleared for your use.

Liability

We deliver work to a professional standard, but to the extent permitted by law our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
